Our history
As a team we have a collective experience of over 15 years in practice across industry verticals of manufacturing, finance, construction, advertising, film production, Insurance and healthcare services. We hold experience of working in Big4 environment.We have carried out audit procedures in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements for Insurance, Venture Capital and Hedge Funds. The team has also done valuation of investments for VCs & Hedge Funds.
We have been continuously handling assignments for Indian GAAP and US GAAP for large multinational clients. We have played a pivotal role in audit and corporate finance advisory assignments in Manufacturing, Finance, Insurance and Healthcare sector including many limited companies. We have led special purpose audit assignments for certification engagements imbibing export benefits. Also, we have handled group audit of one of the Big4 audit firms.
Leadership
Ankit is passionate about innovation in the field of finance and education. He is having more than 10 years of experience in assurance and corporate finance advisory. He has been providing end to end advisory for fund raising to Manufacturing, Service, and Real Estate companies. He is CEO of the group and heads finance division.
Before founding AHC Group, he has worked at an Investment Banking Firm for 6 years advising SMEs and mid-corporate clients on corporate finance and debt restructuring. He has been instrumental in raising more than USD 500 million of debt for various clients. In his previous stints, he has worked with Chaturvedi & Shah, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, in audit and assurance vertical, where he has worked on various Manufacturing, Real Estate and Banking Clients including listed companies.
He has also worked at a US based MNC, where he was involved in Fund Accounting as per US GAAP and IFRS of Hedge Funds operating out of North America and Europe.
He is also invited as visiting faculty at various business schools for lecturing on subjects like Banking, Financial Management, Cost & Management Accounting and Advanced Accounting.
